​Established in 2012 by Megan French, Dance Fit Dance Academy (DFDA) is a fun and fresh way to get involved in dance. Whether you are looking to pursue dancing professionally or just want to learn for the enjoyment, we have a range of classes to suit every dancer. 

DFDA welcomes students of all levels of experience into our Dance Fit family! We offer a range of styles including; Acrobatics, Contortion, Silks, Ballet, Contemporary, Lyrical, Jazz, Musical Theatre, Tap, Hip-Hop, and Break Dancing.
From babies to adults classes, we cater for all ages and develop our dancers in a fun, professional and relaxed environment.

We believe that learning to dance should be fun and enjoyable and promise to provide a safe and pressure free environment for our students to explore the world of rhythm, movement and technique.

We have highly experienced and qualified teachers from all backgrounds of dance and they give each and every dancer the opportunity to develop a high level of skills and technique. For those that wish to take their learning further, students can choose to sit exams and participate in competitions.
