​Our Silks and Lyra classes at DFDA are developed and taught with the utilisation of the Aerial Arts program. This program allows the students to work through the correct technique, placement and progressions to assist them through all of their aerial work. The syllabus challenges the students, and helps them reach their best potential in the safest way possible. Our Aerial Arts program also complements our Acrobatic Arts program that we have implemented in the studio, and we encourage all aerial students to engage in both programs to gain the extra skills and strength needed for their aerial work.

Multiple classes available for all abilities for ages 6 years plus!
